Use this form for bookings, collaborations, feedback, or questions. It can send submissions to Netlify without exposing your email address on the page.
How this works
This form is set up for Netlify Forms. Your visitors do not see your email address. After deploy, Netlify can store submissions in the dashboard, and you can configure email notifications there.
In Netlify, go to Forms, make sure form detection is enabled, redeploy the site, and then add an email notification for the contact form.
